Sandra has had property in her blood nearly her entire life. The daughter of a prominent New Zealand entrepreneur, she was exposed to the dynamic real estate industry from an incredibly young age.

Sandra attended the prestigious Diocesan School for Girls where she demonstrated strong leadership qualities both within the school and local community.  Family life was dominated by properties – whether it be residential and commercial, restaurants, bars, cafes or other business opportunities. Her work ethic was exceptional, but it was her hunger, passion and dedication for more that truly defined Sandra.

It’s this drive and ambition – not only for knowledge but a plethora of new skills – that set her apart from her competition. Not content to just repeat her father’s successes, Sandra moved to Australia to undertake further education at the internationally acclaimed Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School.

These qualifications took her to the beautiful Nevada casinos of Lake Tahoe for three years where she further refined her people management skills. She returned from extensive world travels committed to making her mark on the real estate industry.

She progressed from dedicated trainee to impressive award-winning agent to owning her own agency within a few short years. She’s owned her own business for over 10 years establishing herself as an innovative and respected business owner and a feared negotiator.

Her ability and talent to successfully build, develop and sell her business within such a minimal timeframe not only announced her to the world as a smart and savvy entrepreneur but allowed her to grow even further.

A self-confessed workaholic, Sandra further expanded her empire and knowledge base, creating both a staging and styling company to complement her existing business.

Addicted to personal growth and enjoying challenging herself consistently, she last year enrolled in the New York Film Academy to further improve her presentation, video marketing and public speaking skills, all while still running and maintaining her various businesses.

Her flexibility and adaptability make her a business chameleon capable of negotiating at every level of commerce. Her broad education and extensive abilities means she is almost unrivalled at multitasking and problem solving.

The fact she’s achieved so much while also having a very supportive husband and loving twin daughters further underscores her undeniable drive and fierce determination.
